6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu kapsamında veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla sizi bilgilendiriyoruz.
Bu aydınlatma metni, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu'nun ("KVKK") 10. maddesi uyarınca, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla WebCraft tarafından hazırlanmıştır.
Kişisel verileriniz, veri sorumlusu sıfatıyla WebCraft tarafından, aşağıda açıklanan kapsamda işlenmektedir.
Kişisel verileriniz; hizmet ve teklif süreçlerinin yürütülmesi, üyelik ve panel hizmetlerinin sağlanması, sözleşme süreçlerinin yönetilmesi, müşteri ilişkileri yönetimi, yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi ve açık rızanızın bulunması halinde pazarlama faaliyetlerinin yürütülmesi amaçlarıyla işlenmektedir.
Kişisel verileriniz; internet sitemizdeki formlar, üyelik işlemleri, e-posta, telefon ve benzeri iletişim kanalları aracılığıyla, KVKK'nın 5. ve 6. maddelerinde belirtilen "bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan ilgili olması", "hukuki yükümlülüğün yerine getirilmesi", "ilgili kişinin temel hak ve özgürlüklerine zarar vermemek kaydıyla veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaati" ve gerekli hallerde "açık rıza" hukuki sebeplerine dayanılarak toplanmaktadır.
Kişisel verileriniz; yasal zorunluluklar, hizmetin ifası için çalıştığımız barındırma, ödeme ve destek hizmeti sağlayıcıları ile sınırlı olmak ve gerekli güvenlik tedbirleri alınmak kaydıyla, yurt içindeki iş ortaklarımıza aktarılabilir.
KVKK'nın 11. maddesi uyarınca bize başvurarak; kişisel verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme, işlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, yurt içinde/yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik/yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme, silinmesini/yok edilmesini isteme, yapılan işlemlerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, münhasıran otomatik sistemler ile analiz edilmesi sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuç ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.

Your personal data is processed for the purposes of carrying out service and quotation processes, providing membership and client panel services, managing contract processes, customer relationship management, fulfilling legal obligations and, where you have given explicit consent, conducting marketing activities.
Your personal data is collected through the forms on our website, membership processes, e-mail, phone and similar communication channels, based on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK: "being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract", "fulfilment of a legal obligation", "the legitimate interest of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject" and, where necessary, "explicit consent".
Your personal data may be transferred to our business partners in Turkey, limited to legal requirements and to the hosting, payment and support service providers we work with to deliver our services, provided that the necessary security measures are taken.
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to apply to us to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it has been transferred; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request its deletion or destruction; request that the third parties to whom it has been transferred be notified of these actions; object to any result arising against you from analysis exclusively by automated systems; and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
